Headings should be all left justified and numbering. Leave one line between headings and the first paragraph and no space before succeeding paragraphs. Indent the first line of the paragraph by 5mm. All text should be left and right justified. Footnotes and underlines are not allowed.

2. HEADINGS

Use at most three levels of headings that correspond to chapters, sections and subsections. The first level headings for chapter titles should be in 10pt, bold, justified, and upper case font. Leave one-blank line before and after the first level headings, respectively.

2.1. The Second Level Headings

The second level headings should be in 10pt, bold, justified, and capitalized font. Leave one blank line both before and after the heading, respectively.

2.1.1. The third level headings

These headings should be in 10pt, italic, and sentence case. Insert one blank line before and after the headings. The further lower level headings should be avoided.

3. TABLES, FIGURES AND EQUATIONS

Figures or Tables should be sized the whole width of a column, as shown in Table 1 or Fig. 1 (Figs. 1 and/to n) in the present example, or the whole width over two columns. Do not place any text besides the figures or tables. Do not place them altogether at the end of manuscripts.

3.1. Tables

Table numbers and labels should be placed on top of the table, and left- and right-justified. Number the tables consecutively and locate them after and close to where they are first referenced. Fundamental Errors in Published Works

Authors have an obligation to correct mistakes once they discover a significant error or inaccuracy in their published article. The authors are requested to contact the journal and explain in what sense the error is impacting the article. A decision on how to correct the literature will depend on the nature of the error. This may be a correction or retraction. The retraction note should provide transparency which parts of the article are impacted by the error. Editors shall cooperate with authors when notified to correct or retract the article if significant errors or inaccuracies are detected in the published work.

Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

Evaluation
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts without origin, gender, sexual orientation or political philosophy of the authors. Reviewers also ensure a fair blind peer review of the submitted manuscripts for evaluation.

Peer-reviewing of a submitted manuscript is the control of its scientific content, scientific layout and suitability according to the principles of the journal, and delivery of the reviewer's opinion for unsuitable manuscript content to ensure suitability. The reviewing process, not only enables reviewers to forward their evaluations about the manuscripts to the editors but also allows them to improve the contents of the manuscripts.

If a reviewer assigned for evaluation of a manuscript is of an expert in a field of science other than the manuscript content, is far to the subject of the manuscript, is short of time for evaluation or possess a conflict of interest, then he/she should inform the assigning editor and ask his/her withdrawal. If the content of the manuscript fits the expertise field of the reviewer, then he/she should complete the evaluation and send the report to the editor as soon as possible.

Reviewers should construct their criticisms on scientific background and include scientific evidence in their statements. Reviewers continue not to share information even after the manuscripts are accepted or rejected for publication.

If it is suspected of using an idea in the manuscript that is sent for evaluation to the reviewer without permission, the flowchart of COPE “What to do if you suspect a reviewer has appropriated an author’s ideas or data?” is followed.

Acknowledgement of Sources
Reviewers should determine quotations in the manuscripts used without citing a reference. Statements, observations, conclusions or evidence in published articles should be quoted with the citation of the related reference. Reviewers should also be sure about the reality of the presence of quotations in the cited reference(s).

Conflict of Interest
If a reviewer is in a situation by being involved in one or more interests with the author(s), he/she should inform the editor of the assigning editor and ask his/her withdrawal.

Ethical Responsibilities of The Authors

Authors should refrain from misrepresenting research results which could damage the trust in the journal, the professionalism of scientific authorship, and ultimately the entire scientific endeavor.

Authors are obliged to be involved in the peer-review process and should cooperate by responding to raw data, evidence for ethical approvals, patient approvals and copyright release form requests of editors and their explanations. Authors should respond in either a positive or a negative way to revision suggestions generated by the peer-review process. They should be sure to include their counter views in their negative responses.

Reporting Standards
Authors of original research articles should present the results and discuss them with them in a proper way. Since the methodological contents of the articles should be reproducible, the authors should be clear in their statements and should not purposely report wrong or missing data. A manuscript ought to include adequate detail and references to allow others to replicate the study. Authors of review type articles are not recommended to write such articles if they are not an expert in the field of their review topics or when they do not have enough background information or related former studies.

Data Availability & Transparency
Authors may be asked to present their raw data when needed (ethical cases etc.). Therefore, raw data of the manuscripts should be kept in safety to present if needed. The storage period of raw data following publications should be at least 10 years. Multiple, Repeated, Unnecessary or Simultaneous Submissions
Authors should not submit the same study for publishing in any other journals. Simultaneous submission of the same study to more than one journal is unacceptable and constitutes unethical behavior. It is not an approved way to produce more than one publication reporting on the same research.

Acknowledgement of Sources
Articles must cite appropriate and relevant literature in support of the claims made. Excessive and inappropriate self-citation or coordinated efforts among several authors to collectively self-cite is strongly discouraged. All of the sources that used the process of the study should be remarked.

• Researchers providing a major contribution to concept, design, performing, data collection and/or analysis in a study,
• Researchers involved in the preparation or critical revision of manuscripts,
• Researchers approved the latest version of the manuscripts and accepted its submission.

Contributors other than the above list (technical assistance, helpers in writing and editing, general contributions, etc.) should not be involved in the authors’ list but can be listed in the acknowledgements section. The corresponding authors of manuscripts should provide a separate listing of contributors as authors and those to be involved in the acknowledgements section.

For cases in which a co-author dies or is incapacitated during the writing, submission, or peer-review process, and the co-authors feel it is appropriate to include the author, co-authors should obtain approval from a (legal) representative which could be a direct relative.

In the case of an authorship dispute during peer review or after acceptance and publication, the Journal will not be in a position to investigate or adjudicate. Authors will be asked to resolve the dispute themselves. If they are unable the Journal reserves the right to withdraw a manuscript from the editorial process or in case of a published paper raise the issue with the authors’ institution(s) and abide by its guidelines.

Affiliation
The primary affiliation for each author should be the institution where the majority of their work was done. If an author has subsequently moved, the current address may additionally be stated. Addresses will not be updated or changed after publication of the article.

Conflict of Interest
Authors should declare any kind of conflict of interest in their manuscripts. The absence of conflict of interest about the topic of the manuscripts should also be declared. The most common types of conflict of interests are financial supports, education or other types of funds, personal or institutional relations and affiliations. Policy for Handling Complaints

If the Journal receives a complaint that any contribution to the Journal infringes intellectual property rights or contains material inaccuracies, libelous materials, or otherwise unlawful materials, the Journal will investigate the complaint. An investigation may include a request that the parties involved substantiate their claims (the Journal will make a good faith determination whether to remove the allegedly wrongful material). A decision not to remove material should represent the Journal's belief that the complaint is without sufficient foundation, or if well‐founded, that a legal defense or exemption may apply. The Journal will document its investigation and decision. We strive to ensure that MEUJMAF is of the highest quality and is free from errors. However, we accept that occasionally mistakes might happen.

Our general approach to complaints is that they are a rare but inevitable part of a process that involves putting together complex material at great speed. Despite rare mistakes, we will spend effort to treat complaints with urgency. Timely solutions can prevent the escalation of problems. All substantial errors and complaints are referred the editorial staff.

The procedure outlined below aims to be fair to the submitting authors who have complaints as well as the things they complain about. If possible, a definitive response will be made within two weeks.
